Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what we collect, where it’s stored, and how we use it to deliver the service.

Data we collect
If you use the contact form or the service, we collect your name, email and message. When you upload an image to generate LEGO® part recommendations, we process that image. We may also collect basic technical data (IP, browser/device info) for security and basic analytics.
Purpose
(i) Reply to your inquiries; (ii) deliver the recommendation service (turn your photo into a minifig); (iii) process payments; (iv) keep the site secure and improve it. We do not sell your data.
Processors and where data is stored
We use third‑party services to run the platform: (a) AWS S3 to store uploaded images and files; (b) OpenAI/ChatGPT to analyze images and obtain recommendations; (c) MongoDB Atlas to store account and service data, including user‑created group data; (d) Stripe to process payments and securely store payment data.
Cookies and analytics (Google Analytics)
We only load Google Analytics if you accept the cookie banner. In that case, we use Google Analytics with IP anonymization to measure site usage. Cookies may include ‘_ga’ and ‘_ga_*’ (approx. expiry: 2 years), ‘_gid’ (24 h) and ‘_gat’ (1 min). Purpose: aggregated web analytics; legal basis: your consent. If you refuse, we do not load Analytics nor set its cookies. You can change your choice anytime using the ‘Change cookie preferences’ button on this page.
Legal basis
We process data based on your consent (e.g., when you upload a photo) and/or the necessity to perform the contract/service you request (including technical processing by our providers).
Retention
We do not delete data automatically; we only delete it upon your request. In any case, orders will remain linked to your account. Upon request, we can delete images stored in S3 and the names and descriptions of user-created groups. We will retain any information we are legally required to keep.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights to access, rectify, erase, object, restrict or port your data by emailing contact@brickify.fun. If you request deletion, we will remove copies in our systems.
Payments via Stripe
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our servers. Stripe processes this data securely in accordance with its certifications (e.g., PCI DSS).
