In no event shall Brickify, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.
Promotional Credits and Coupons
Brickify may grant promotional credits (for example, welcome credits when you verify your account) and discount coupons with specific conditions. Promotional credits and coupons are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for money or transferred, are limited to one gift per user, and may be subject to an expiration date and a maximum number of redemptions. Brickify reserves the right to revoke credits or coupons obtained fraudulently.
Commercial Communications
We will only send you commercial communications (offers and discounts by email) if you have given your explicit consent, for example by ticking the corresponding checkbox during registration. You can withdraw your consent at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every promotional email. Transactional emails (account verification, orders, password reset) are not affected by this preference.
